When one of our couriers arrives at your location, they will try to bring the order to your door. They are able to see the address and delivery instructions you provided.
If they are unable to find you, they will try calling the number on your account. Please ensure that you have your cellphone nearby during the delivery process. If you are using an international/long distance number, please indicate alternative method of contact in the delivery instruction.
If a courier is also unable to contact you by phone, you can expect to receive an email from our customer service department.
